SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping:

  • We offer shipping to all states within the USA. Shipping costs may vary depending on the location and the size and weight of the items.
  • Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of Gogogym’s control such as weather or logistical delays.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination country.
  • All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Gogogym is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options and their costs will be presented at checkout.

PURCHASES

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, high order volumes, especially during holiday seasons, may result in longer processing times.

Payment Methods:

  • We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. The available payment options will be displayed at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

General Returns:

  • Gogogym accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the item has been received and inspected.

Exceptions:

  • Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and perishable goods.
  • We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or the incorrect item was received.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned to Gogogym as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact the customer to arrange for re-shipment.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending undeliverable packages.
