International Shipping:
International shipping is available. Shipping rates and times vary based on destination country.
All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Gogogym is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. However, high order volumes, especially during holiday seasons, may result in longer processing times.
Payment Methods:

RETURNS POLICY
General Returns:
Gogogym accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the item has been received and inspected.
Exceptions:
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized items, final sale items, and perishable goods.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or the incorrect item was received.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to Gogogym as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact the customer to arrange for re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending undeliverable packages.
